Terms of Service

By accessing the Blossom Regal Braids website, booking an appointment, or receiving hair artistry services at our salon suite, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or book salon appointments with Blossom Regal Braids.

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable booking deposit (the flat deposit amount shown at checkout) is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit is credited toward your total service balance on appointment day.
• Cancellation Window: Cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment start time via your client dashboard or by contacting salon management directly.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice and unnotified no-shows result in immediate forfeiture of the booking deposit. Two consecutive no-shows will require 100% upfront payment for any future appointment bookings.
• Punctuality & Grace Period: We provide a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past scheduled start time may be subject to a $20 late fee or appointment cancellation/rescheduling if it conflicts with the next client's booking.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We securely accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe and CashApp Pay. Cash is accepted for remaining balances in salon.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance after deposit deduction is due immediately upon completion of services.
• Refund Policy: Hair braiding and styling are bespoke artistic services. If you have concerns regarding your style, you must notify your stylist before leaving the salon suite so adjustments can be made promptly. Service fees are non-refundable once services have been completed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date contact details (valid email and mobile telephone number) to ensure receipt of critical appointment reminders and security notifications.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or repeatedly violate salon scheduling policies.

• Photography & Video Documentation: As part of our signature salon experience and artistry portfolio, stylists may capture high-resolution photographs and short video recordings of hairstyles before, during, and after service completion.
• Grant of License & Rights: By receiving services at Blossom Regal Braids, you grant Blossom Regal Braids a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, publish, reproduce, edit, and distribute photographic images and video footage of your completed hair style across our official website, social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), marketing collateral, and promotional campaigns.
• Client Privacy & Comfort: We deeply respect personal privacy. Stylists prioritize angles showcasing the hair artistry (profile, crown, and back angles). If you prefer that your facial features be cropped or excluded, simply inform your stylist prior to photography.
• Opt-Out Rights: Clients who wish to opt out of public media publication may do so at any time by notifying their stylist in advance of service commencement or by submitting a written notice to hello@blossomregalbraids.com. In such cases, photos will only be retained privately for client records and styling history.

• Exclusive Intellectual Property: All photographs, portfolio gallery images, service artwork, graphic logos, branding, text copy, styling designs, and software published on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Blossom Regal Braids and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
• Prohibition Against Unauthorized Scraping & Downloading: Third parties, competitors, and automated web scrapers are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, hotlinking, republishing, licensing, or commercially distributing any imagery or content from this website without prior express written authorization from Blossom Regal Braids.
• Watermark Integrity: All published media may feature embedded copyright watermarks and metadata. Tampering with, removing, or cropping watermarks is a direct violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1202) and will be subject to immediate legal enforcement.

• Authentic Reviews: Reviews submitted by clients must reflect genuine personal service experiences.
• User License: By submitting written reviews or client-uploaded selfie photos, you grant Blossom Regal Braids a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature your testimonial on our website and promotional materials.
• Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any review content that contains defamatory, profane, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing language.

• Hair Preparation: Unless your booked service includes a wash and blow-dry package, clients must arrive with clean, thoroughly washed, detangled, and product-free hair.
• Scalp Health & Allergies: Please inform your stylist before service start if you have scalp sensitivities, dermatological conditions, or allergies to specific synthetic hair fibers, oils, or gels.
• Private Suite Atmosphere: To maintain a serene, quiet luxury environment for all guests, children and additional guests are only permitted if they are receiving a booked service or by prior arrangement.

Points earned through our client loyalty program have no cash surrender value and are non-transferable. Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualifying services according to program tier rules. Blossom Regal Braids reserves the right to modify or adjust loyalty point balances in cases of fraudulent activity or unredeemed inactive accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Regal Braids and its stylists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or hair services. In all events, the total cumulative liability of Blossom Regal Braids shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Tennessee.
